Work. Life. AI.

This project involved designing and facilitating a two-day retreat with the Hemas family of the Hemas Holdings PLC in Sri Lanka to build a shared understanding of how AI might enter their lives. Working across three generations with differing levels of familiarity, the process combined hands-on engagement with a range of AI tools with scenario-based discussions on their ethical use.

Alongside building practical, personal, and creative familiarity with these tools, the retreat created space for the family to deliberate on when and how AI should be used, arriving at a collectively shaped compass to guide their engagement going forward.
