Refund Policy
We aim to get every order to you in good condition. Because our products are small-batch, physical prints, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
change of mind
delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched
minor variations in print, colour, or finish
Replacements instead of refunds
If something has gone wrong, we will always try to make it right. We offer replacements if:
your order arrives damaged
your order is lost in transit
the item you receive is significantly different from what was described
If this happens, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within the expected delivery window for lost orders) at hello@lagoricollective.in. We may ask for photos or a few details to understand the issue before sending a replacement. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can re-ship it. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If a replacement is not possible
If we are unable to provide a replacement (for example, if the item is out of stock), we will get in touch to arrange an alternative solution, which may include a refund.
Shipping Note
Orders within India are shipped via India Post. If you’re outside India, write to us at hello@lagoricollective.in before placing your order and we’ll help you figure out the best courier option, along with the cost and timeline for your location.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to us at hello@lagoricollective.in. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to cancel it. If a cancellation is processed within this window, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable bank charges, payment processing fees, or currency conversion differences.
